Service Description
Solid foundations are built though dedication, lots of patience, and our unique combination of Pressure & Release methods, paired with Positive Reinforcement techniques. We have found this combination to be the most ethical way to train, while still being as safe as possible for both horse and rider. Over the years, we have perfected the art of "colt starting," although we believe that every horse has the right to a gentle start regardless of their gender ;) and we are delighted to share our process with you. Limited to just 4 participants (age 18+ only) to ensure you and your equine get the 1:1 instruction and support you deserve. Due to the limited number of participant spaces available, all interested parties must meet certain criteria that will be verified before enrollment will be confirmed. Participants must be advanced riders capable of riding a horse at all speeds, have full control of their aids, and have full physical ability. Equines must be sound, in good health, at least 2 years of age (by birthdate) and we suggest waiting until your equine's 3rd year. Simply register for the course and Dana will reach out to you with next steps. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, a $200 non-refundable deposit will secure your spot with the remainder due on the first day of the clinic.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to hold your place in an event. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable under certain conditions. See details below. Requests to reschedule, change events, or move your deposit to any other service we offer, can be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to the event. You can transfer your booking to another individual at any time but must notify us immediately. We would greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can properly prepare the new participant. We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service to everyone that enters our gates. To that aim, we keep our clinics number small to ensure we get to know you and can provide you with plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Requests to make changes to reservation within 2 weeks of the event can be difficult to fill, and as such, are not transferable to another service unless we have an active waitlist for that event, and we are able to fill your spot. If you discover that you are unable to attend an event within the 2 week window, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you fill your spot, but make no guarantees. This policy is one of the most generous in the industry and we appreciate your understanding. Frequent abuse of this policy will result in deposit forfeit. While we never want to have to do this, we do reserve the right to block repeat offenders as well.
