Do any of these sound like you? -You love trail riding but aren't comfortable going alone. -You used to trail ride all the time with your old horse, but you've haven't tried it with this one. -You want to trail ride, but your horse doesn't. -You trail ride solo just fine, but have had problems with groups. -Your horse rides fine in groups, but has problems when left alone. -You want to trail ride with friends but aren't sure where to go or who to go with. -You want to trail ride, but don't know what to do if things go awry. We've heard it all and more from you over the years and are thrilled to provide you with our answer to all your trail riding challenges. Training on the Trail. We invite you to join us along with a small group of other supportive clients for a monthly trail ride at equine friendly parks in Santa Clara County. This ride will take place at Coyote Creek Parkway. If you haven't worked with us before you'll meet us at the ranch in the morning for a quick session where we'll teach you the tools necessary to stay safe on the trail. Then we'll head out to meet the rest of the group. At trail's parking lot, we will help you prepare for our ride before we head out for our adventure. With both Dana and Jason, along with our tried and true trail mounts managing the group, each participant will have the support they need every step of the way. You'll practice the tools you've learned with us in the arena and use them under our supervision. We'll simulate the common challenges you may face when trail riding, including but not limited to, leaving the group or being left, riding together when horses have different speed, jigging, refusals, and more. When our ride is done we'll debrief and answer any questions that may arise. Don't forget to bring your lunch! Please note: Our trail ride begins at 10:30am from the trail head. If you haven't worked with us before, we will be meeting at our ranch at 9am. More details will be included in your welcome packet.

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to hold your place in an event. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable under certain conditions. See details below. Requests to reschedule, change events, or move your deposit to any other service we offer, can be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to the event. You can transfer your booking to another individual at any time but must notify us immediately. We would greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can properly prepare the new participant. We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service to everyone that enters our gates. To that aim, we keep our clinics number small to ensure we get to know you and can provide you with plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Requests to make changes to reservation within 2 weeks of the event can be difficult to fill, and as such, are not transferable to another service unless we have an active waitlist for that event, and we are able to fill your spot. If you discover that you are unable to attend an event within the 2 week window, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you fill your spot, but make no guarantees. This policy is one of the most generous in the industry and we appreciate your understanding. Frequent abuse of this policy will result in deposit forfeit. While we never want to have to do this, we do reserve the right to block repeat offenders as well.
